Booking conditions for VIP Hotel Zatoka
A prerequisite for booking is a prepayment in the amount of the first night.
Check-in is after 14:00.
Check-out time - until 11:00
Full payment is due upon check-in. In case of early departure, 100% of the payment for the entire booked period will be charged
Prepayment is made within 2 days after booking confirmation
Rooms are provided to guests for a minimum period of 3 days
Payment for the reservation is included in the total cost of living
The cost of services is subject to change. However, guests who booked a room before the price change will pay the price valid at the time of booking
The amount of the reservation is refundable if the hotel is notified of the cancellation at least 7 days before the date of arrival
If upon check-in the guest refuses to pay the full amount for the entire period of stay, the hotel has the right to refuse to check in
